🎤 Speaker Guidelines – Presentation Upload
Speakers are kindly requested to submit their PowerPoint files to the ISPPCC technicians before the start of their morning or afternoon session, and to check their presentations in advance.
Please note that both PC and Mac (Macintosh) computers will be available.

The slides to be used for the presentation should preferably be in 16:9 format.

🖼️ Poster Exhibition

Posters will be displayed backstage at the Trifiletti Theater.
Poster panels and materials for mounting the posters will be provided.
Maximum poster size:

• Format: A0

• Dimensions: 841 mm (width) × 1189 mm (height)

• Orientation: Portrait

Access to the backstage is available via the main stage and through a hallway near the stage.

📌 Poster Session 1 (Even-numbered posters – July 9, evening)
Posters must be mounted during coffee breaks or lunch on July 9 and removed before 14:50 on July 10.

📌 Poster Session 2 (Odd-numbered posters – July 11, afternoon)
Posters can be mounted during lunch or coffee breaks on July 11 and must be removed before 16:40 on July 12.
